A blend of dry ingredients to create a perfect sauce for marinating chicken.

Directions

  1. In a glass dish or plastic bag, combine 1/4 cup (60 mL) water, 2 tbsp (30 mL) vegetable oil and contents of this pouch.
  2. Pierce 1 lb (500 g) boneless, skinless chicken all over with fork.
  3. Add chicken to prepared marinade, turning to coat all sides.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any leftover marinade.
  6. Broil, barbecue or bake.
