Enjoy Swiss Chalet's tender, fall-off-the bone pork back ribs at home. Marinated in our famous Swiss Chalet smoky BBQ sauce, our ribs are ready-to-eat, straight from your oven or grill to your table!

  1. Preheat barbeque to medium-high.
  2. Remove ribs from bag. Squeeze out excess sauce into a small bowl and save for basting.
  3. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning ribs over halfway through cooking. Baste ribs with sauce during cooking if desired.


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  3. Pour contents of bag onto baking sheet. Cover the ribs with sauce.
  4. Bake for 18-23 minutes. Baste ribs with sauce halfway through cooking if desired.

Heads Up! If frozen, thaw before cooking. To thaw, submerge bag in cold water for 5 minutes or refrigerate for about 8 hours without removing ribs from the bag. Not recommended for microwave cooking. Times and temperature may vary from one appliance to another.
