For 65 years, the health and safety of our Guests, Associates, and communities has been our top priority. On behalf of our local Franchises, we thank you for your continued support and look forward to bringing some joy to your mealtimes.
During this time, we’ve taken the following measures to help keep Canadians safe.
We’re reinforcing our already rigorous standards and operating procedures for food safety and personal hygiene.
We're sanitizing all high touch surfaces including, but not limited to, door handles, pay pads, countertops, seating areas, and other surfaces.
We're seating Guests at every other table, so you can maintain a safe distance from your fellow flock.
We've posted directional signage to ensure we're all following the same path, at a staggered, safe distance.
We’ve adjusted our store hours to encourage physical distancing where we can.See Store Hours
We’ve introduced our NEW Curbside Pick Up service to serve you better while also encouraging physical distancing.Learn More
We’ve added our NEW Contactless Delivery service to ensure that Guests who are self-isolating or distancing can receive our deliveries safely.Learn More
We’re working closely with our delivery drivers and partners to ensure frequent hand washing, using hand sanitizer for every delivery and sanitizing their vehicles and delivery bags.
Over the past few months, we’ve seen our communities band together to show the world what being CANadian is all about.
We CAN because we are CANadian.
Our first responders and front-line healthcare workers have been working tirelessly to keep Canadians safe. From March 20th to 27th, we proudly honoured 50% off for these superheroes. Our teams also distributed special pick up and delivery discounts to first responder and local health service organizations across the country.
We are grateful for the truck drivers, bus drivers, grocery workers, and other essential workers who have kept us moving from coast to coast. In partnership with the Canadian Trucking Alliance we were able to thank our truck drivers with special discounts, restroom access, and a much-needed break.
At times like these, it’s important to care for those who need it most. Our local franchisees went above and beyond by donating to their local food banks, providing hot meals to retirement home residents and staff, and providing $10 Family PAKs to the families of our team members both active and inactive due to temporary layoffs.
Canadians know the power of being a good neighbour and aren’t afraid to lend a helping hand. Our local franchisees and small business owners each stepped up as leaders in their communities, giving back where needed. We're proud to have been a part of #NovaScotiaStrong, providing relief for hailstorms in the west, and filling food shortages in Ontario - to name a few!
