MEET JOE TERCEIRA
Joe’s journey began at just 13 years old, and he’s been part of the family ever since. Swiss Chalet® is where he found his career and where he met his wife! Now, 38 years later, Joe owns four Swiss Chalet locations, leading his teams with the same "family-first" philosophy that shaped his own life. For Joe, the greatest reward of being his own boss isn't just the success; it’s the flexibility and freedom to build a legacy with the people he loves.
